The Canon PIXMA MX700 all-in-one printer is for the home office or small business. The printer allows you to print, copy, fax, and scan projects with clarity and quality.  It has exceptional toner quality precision ink nozzles to produce up to 4800 x 1200 color dpi. And with the Automatic Document Feeder holding up to 30 pages, scanning and copying multiple pages becomes effortless.  The PIXMA MX700 also scans in high quality 2400 color dpi for documents and photographs that are close to the originals.

The printer is also very user friendly having a built in 1.8 inch color LCD screen with easy to follow menus.  With Direct Photo Printing, photos can be printed directly from your digital camera’s media cards, PictBridge enabled cameras, or a USB flash drive. The printer can even print from your Apple® or Android™ mobile device with a downloadable app.  The four individual PIXMA-MX700 ink cartridge system allows photos and graphics to be printed quickly while still having a bold, professional quality look.

To help lower operating costs, cheap ink is available in compatible inkjet cartridges. For individual purchase you can get the Compatible Canon PGI-5BK (black), the Compatible Canon CLI-8M (magenta), the Compatible Canon CLI-8C (cyan), and the Compatible Canon CLI-8Y (yellow).  Also offered are the Genuine Canon PGI-5BK black pigment ink cartridge, the Genuine Canon CLI-8M (magenta) ink cartridge, the Genuine Canon CLI-8C (Cyan) ink cartridge, and the Genuine Canon CLI-8Y (yellow) ink cartridge.

    Hi my question is I, have a canon PIXMA- MX700 printer that has an error code 5100 can you tell me what the problem is may be I, need to buy a new catridge thank you.
