The compact Dell Photo 926 is a very inexpensive inkjet multifunction printer that offers print, copy, scan, and e-fax features.  Being able to accomplish multiple tasks makes this printer ideal for the home or home office.  The printer uses a two tank ink system using a black cartridge and a tricolor cartridge.  The printer also has the option to use a photo cartridge (to replace the black) for six-color prints.

This printer is very easy to set up and extremely user friendly.  The Dell Inkjet 926 ink cartridge will also automatically align each time they are changed ensuring precision text.  The scanner provides scan resolutions of up to 1200 x 4800 dpi in 48 bit color. And with Direct Photo Printing, photos can be printed directly from your digital camera’s media cards, PictBridge enabled cameras, or a USB flash drive.

To help lower operating costs, cheap ink is available in Remanufactured High-Yield cartridges.  The Remanufactured Dell Inkjet 6 combo pack is the best value being offered with 4 black high-yield cartridges and 2 color high-yield cartridges replacing the MK992 / MK990 and the MK993 / MK991. For individual purchase you can get the Remanufactured Dell black high-yield inkjet cartridge which replaces the MK992 / MK990 and the Remanufactured Dell color high-yield inkjet cartridge which replaces the MK993 / MK991. Also offered is the Photo Remanufactured Dell Inkjet cartridge which replaces the Dell MK995. And to achieve a professional look for photographs use 4 x 6 photo glossy Inkjet Paper, which is also water resistant.
